Flames of Fire Ministry is a multi-faceted,
international ministry that reaches out to the Chorti Indians of Guatemala. We are based
in Eastern Guatemala in the department of Chiquimula. FOFM is taking the
gospel to the unreached people group of the Chortí Indians. Many villages
have never heard the gospel of Jesus Christ and the majority of the
department is only 3% Christian. There are so many villages with no
evangelical church, so we at Flames of Fire are committed to changing the
spiritual atmosphere of Eastern Guatemala by building and helping to plant
churches in those villages that have no voice for the gospel. We are
also ministering in Honduras and Mexico now linking arms with local pastors
to plant and build in those villages that are unreached by the gospel.

Guatemala!
We are involved in training Pastors and Leaders &
ministering to the lost through evangelistic outreaches such as medical missions
teams, showing evangelistic videos, puppets skits and dramas in parks and in
public schools. Another outreach is the Feeding Centers that feed the
severely malnourished children of Eastern Guatemala, feeding them a hot
nourishing meal but also teaching them the bible each time that they come to
be fed.
FOFM hosts short term missions teams with the objective
to help others realize their part in world evangelism. A related program
that FOFM has is the
Missionary Internship program dedicated to help young people acquire the
fire of God and "Ignite the Flame". We believe that reaching
the world with the gospel has to begin with us! We are igniting the
flame for missions in the youth of today.
