Dear Partners,
This month
has been so much fun and yet an
opportunity to use our faith in so many
areas. We know that you are praying for
us and we want to tell you how very much
we take comfort in that. We know that you
are truly our partner in taking the gospel
to the nations, Guatemala-Honduras and
beyond. We often face very trying
circumstances and yet the hand of God
keeps us safe as He provides every need.
We hope that you will take the time to
read this month's newsletter. It will
bring you up to date on all the current
projects and news around Chiquimula.
Together we are the change...we are
igniting the fire in Central America.
Evangelizing the unevangelized and
reaching the unreached with the good news
of hope and salvation.
Your prayers and offerings make that a

Evangelism in the Villages
=Salvations!!
 The
beginning of the year brought many
blessings to the ministry here, one we've
told you about--our new projector for
showing evangelistic films. The other is
physical help! Yes, we added a new
missionary family to the staff here at
Flames of Fire, Randy and Judy Lawson from
Texas! And we have kept them super busy
with so many aspects of the ministry! We
are trying to introduce them to as many of
the villages as possible and this month
they have been to quite a few preaching
and using the projector!!! First village
up, Shalagua. Then a feeding center
village to minister to the feeding center
children! There were
3 salvations there!
Praise the Lord for the children! Whew!
On to Moral, it went really well.
Over 200 people (plus kiddos!)
came out to see the movie of a man who was
killed for preaching the gospel--it has a
great salvation call at the end as the man
is killed!! There were
2 people who gave their lives to
God, He is always
faithful!! Then, the village of Palmar,
there were so many who responded to the
altar call for healing. God always want
to touch His people and set them free!
Next up, San Antonio, there was a good
crowd and the seed was sown, many unsaved
people came out and heard the word. We
believe that the word will not return
void, but that it will accomplish the
thing that it was sent out to do. Finally
the village of Modelo. Randy said
"It was a great service and the Lord
really moved. Salvations, healings, and my
first baby dedication. Thank you Lord it
is truly an honor".
Randy preached on not loving your life
unto death....but what he did not know was
that 2 youth from the church were killed
in this village this year, God used him
greatly to touch the lives of the people
in Modelo!
We ask that you pray for Randy and
Judy and even consider sending a few
dollars their way! If you are interested
just let us know and we will be glad to
point you in the right direction!!!

Gas Tank Explodes!
It
could have been tragic, but the motor died
and moments after pulling over the gas
shot out of the tank!!!
The gas
tank on the trooper could have
ignited--But GOD!!! The exhaust pipe had
come undone and the exhaust was heating
the gas tank! We have had so many
challenges with the vehicles this year.
But God is faithful!
We ask that you pray with us over our
vehicles the roads are rough and hard and
we've had many expenses this year, seems
like every month! If the Lord lays it on
your heart to help us out with them please
know that we appreciate it. Since the
majority of the miles on the vehicles are
for feeding centers and church
construction dollars that would be spent
to feed a child are having to be spent on
maintaining the vehicles, ugh! We know
that God has a plan though and we trust
that He is working His plan!
