It is our sincere prayer that your HOLY-DAY Season is off to a warm and special start.  It is truly a time of year for Holy things.  A time to remember holy events, like Christ's birth.  A time to remember that with God nothing is impossible.  As the angels proclaimed Joy to the world.....we proclaim glad tidings of good things!  This is wonderful opportunity to share Christ with the world!  That is just what we've been doing all month, take a moment to see!

Joy and Peace,
Larry & Marla

clown1 This month a clown went to all the feeding centers to minister to the children. For a week we were in a different feeding center every day.  He interacted with the children, playing games singing songs. All the children got involved. They received the word and they were given a craft too.  What a great blessing for the children.  You can check out some of the videos on this Facebook web page if you have facebook.

Uniting the Pastors for  time of Refreshing

group shot We had a pastors conference the 16th and 17th what a great blessing it was to have them together. We had time to relax, to receive the word and fellowship with one another.  We had about 40 pastors present and they came ready to receive.  Some pastors even shared their testimonies which blessed and encourage us all.  Here is a couple.

Raising the Dead...A Testimony of what God can do.

Pastor Totonono gave a testimony of how he started the church in the village of Loma de Paja. He was doing several days of meetings and the leader there got saved along with his wife.  The next morning the wife died of a heart attack, by the evening the whole village was gathered at their house to view the body at pastor2the wake.  A message was sent in the afternoon to Pastor Tono that the wife had died, He arrived in the evening along with many others from the village. After a while they asked Pastor Tono to speak. He directed his words to the family saying to the unsaved daughters that if they would repent and ask Jesus into their hearts that their mother wouldpastors1 live again. They repented and got saved.  This is so awesome. He began to pray for the wife who had been dead for 10 to 12 hours. She opened her eyes and then he prayed again and she began to make noise.  He prayed more and she began to move and asked for water.  Rigor mortis had already set in so her jaw was locked...they prayed some more and the Lord loosened her jaw.  Then the pastor then gave an invitation to all that were there to accept Jesus as Lord and Savior.
That night 25 gave their life to Jesus. Praise the Lord!

There were multiple reports of people
being raised from the dead.

These are powerful men of God, enduring hardships and preaching the gospel in unreached areas, please continue to lift them in prayer.

CHURCH DEDICATIONS

Dedicaton1 This month we dedicated 2 more churches. This has to be the best part of actually building the churches, when the construction is finished and we go to do the first servicededication2. Meeting the people of the church for the first time, hearing how thankful they are for their new church, it's wonderful.  Sometimes we even get to dedicate babies like we did in one the dedicationsbaby dedication this month. Marla held the baby and prayed over it and Larry prayed for the Mother.
banana blessing
As always they gathered what they had to bless us, bananas and oranges!  Yum!

Major Evangelistic outreach
wins many!

We are always working toward getting churches connected to each other, and to hikemissions.  We met a church on the Pacific coast that wanted to get involved in missions, but didn't quite know how to start.  That's where we come in!

We introduced them to
a 100 club church

in the village of Guareruche.  They have had problems because of the drought.  heal our land

The day after Thanksgiving a group of 38 people from that church delivered 125 bags (5,000 lbs.) of food to the village. There was a special time of prayer as we cried out for God to heal our land of Chiquimula, that it no longer be the "Dry Corridor".  Then, they went door to door evangelizing.  They did a program ministering to the children and did a special service giving away the bags of food.  They blessed the church with give awaytools and a new generator. They blessed the pastor and his family with clothing, food, pots and pans and offerings. The pastor had come to us asking for prayer for help, we told him that we would pray with him and believe God to meet the need. God sent the church from Retaluleu to supply the need.  After the group went to Guareruche the pastor told us that God blessed them greater than he could even imagine.

We will be proclaiming joy, love, peace on earth good will toward men this Christmas as we bless those families of our 7 feeding centers.  There are 280 families total, with almost 800 children!  Each child will receive a toy.  The family will receive a blanket and all the trimmings for a special dinner on Christmas eve.  We are still about $2000 or so short, but we know that God will make a way.  Thank you for praying for this project, many will hear the gospel as they get their Christmas blessing.

I Believe...

I believe that the village children deserve to eat on Christmas.

I believe that these children should experience the joy of a new toy.

I believe in all the wonder of Christmas, that anything is possible, A Child born to a virgin in a stable wise men following a star, the angels singing Glory to God in the Highest, anything is possible.

I believe.
