Greetings!
Thank you for your faithfulness to the
work of the Lord here in Guatemala.
Even though times are not the easiest,
you remain faithful. God is not
slack, He doesn't forget--neither do
we...we pray for you earnestly that
God would meet every need that you
have. That He would crown you
with grace and favor everyday.
Fall has descended upon us with all of
it's wondrous, colorful glory.
With crisp mornings and mild
afternoons we rush about our daily
activities and the thoughts of the
holidays begin to be ever present in
the back of our minds. Our eyes
linger on something that we are
passing in the store and quickly we
think, "that would be a great
Christmas present for .......",
then we jerk ourselves into the
reality that it's not even
thanksgiving yet!
We want you to know that we are
covering you with prayer as the
holidays approach that you will have
the time for the truly important
things, God and family.
Thanksgiving is really not about the
turkey, however golden and juicy, it's
not even about the pumpkin pie or
stuffing. It is about being
thankful to the One who gave us all
that we have, the One who blessed us
with another year. Christmas, is
not about the mountains of gifts or
lack there of......it's about the one
true and living God who took on flesh
and was born in a stable to redeem us
from sin, OH JOY TO THE WORLD!
So, as the season approaches and all
the demands begin on your time and
your finances--make the calculated
decision not to take your focus off of
the real reason for Thanksgiving and
Christmas. Determine as we have
that it will be the best holiday
season ever!

Must

displaced knees and dances for 30
minutes!

Churches
in unity & Many Healings
What a wonderful time we had in all 4 of
the Mountain Rallies. This is
brand new concept was just put into play
this year--the idea of regionally
bringing all of the 100 club churches
together for old fashioned camp meeting
style service. A special thanks to Pastor
Curt Martin for bringing a
wonderful team of Catalysts down!
We had a wonderful time with our old
missionary buddy Kenton
Brown as he helped lead this
team, working together to bring a
paradigm shift to eastern Guatemala!
We saw so many miracles and there were
so many outstanding moments.....we can't
begin to tell them all, but here are the
highlights!
Mountain Rally Camotan was
fabulous.....one church walked for 1 1/2
hours to get there, a woman from that
church had leg pain all the way, but she
said if she could just get there then
Jesus would heal her, and you know
what???? HE DID!!!!!
Mountain Rally Jocotan was a huge
success! Although many of the roads were
washed out and no cars or 4 wheel drives
could get through the people were
determined to get a touch from God.
They walked for an hour and a half to be
there. We had about 75-90 people come to
receive a fresh touch and to hear the
word. There were several healings as the
power of God was manifest, several
reported the pain instantly left their
bodies!
Mountain Rally Zacapa 2010..........wow!
Man turns his life over to Jesus, and
gets healed of displaced
knees......dances around altar for an
hour!
Mountain Rally Maraxco 2010,
phenomenal!!!! great move of God, people
filled with the Holy Ghost and healed!

community gets Salt Project |
Hutville
is recipient of Salt Project
A young man, Cameron Tommey, is
currently working on a grant for a
salt project in Hutville in Pacren.
Hutville was purchased, surveyed, and
deeded to landslide victims after they
had lost everything....including
their land.
Many of you helped either with land
costs or palm huts, so we thought you
would like to hear how the Lord
continues to find avenues of blessing
for these precious Chorti people.
Here
is an excerpt from a blog by
Cameron.....
"As
I followed Eliseo down the narrow
path, I glanced back up behind me.
Although I expected to see the men
following in a line, I saw men, women,
and children all gingerly taking the
path down to the creek. Everyone wants
to participate! We reached the bottom
of the land and looked up. It looked
like a much bigger plot than it did
when we surveyed it some weeks ago-but
we had to start somewhere. I walked
over, placed the A-frame level among
the dried corn stalks and said,
"Here is where we start."
All of a sudden, everyone started
working without me saying a word about
what to do. Some women, wielding long
machetes, began chopping branches off
the creek trees and whittling their
ends to a point. The men gathered
these stakes and brought them as
bundles in their arms up to where we
were marking the contours. Other women
followed behind us and pulled the
weeds and chopped the corn stalks. I
had not told a single person what they
were supposed to do or how I thought
it should be done, they all
instinctively and silently assigned
themselves a task and labored towards
it."
